My whole working life has been in the new and used office furniture business which began when I was in college working part time for a Phoenix based Steelcase dealer. in 1979, I knew that I wanted to stay in this industry so; I became a full time employee for the re seller where I was responsible for servicing the American Express western regional headquarters account. Seven years later this led me to become the national service manager for Pleion, a manufacturer of premium modular office systems headquartered in Southern California, when they won the American Express account and they requested that I move with their business.

 

By 1991, I felt confident that I could leverage the knowledge and experience that I had gained in the office furniture industry to build my own business. So, I started MSI Office Furniture which would be focused on providing everyone from small start-up businesses to large corporate enterprise customers with a wide range of office furniture product and service offerings supported by the winning combination of competitive prices and exceptional customer service.
